How Do I Place An Order?

It's quite simple! Start browsing all of our awesome designs. Find something you like or love and click “Add to Cart”. A drop-down will appear confirming the item in your cart. Click "View Cart" to place your order or "Continue Shopping"  add the item to your cart and keep shopping.

 

Once you've added all the items to your cart, you can begin the checkout process.

 

Checking out involves 3 steps: shipping information, shipping method and payment information. Fill in the appropriate information on each step. Once you've completed the information, click "Place your order!" to submit your order.

 

You're all set! We'll send over an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.

Securing My Order

You can make payment through Jems of Judah using PayPal or Ecommerce as a way to secure your order. You can also make payment directly through PayPal’s website.

 

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debt Cards and Paypal.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, you will need to pay a sales tax of 6 % to the state of Maryland.

 

We do not backorder items!

 

Returns & Refunds

We happily accept unopened merchandise with tags attached within 7 days of the shipping date for a full refund or credit on all qualifying orders.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. (unopened, unused and undamaged).

  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. (Visa, MC, Debt, etc.).

  • Once an item has been returned; you will receive credit for the purchase within 14 days.

Please note:  To receive a refund or exchange the merchandise must be unopened, unused and undamaged. 

 

NON-QUALIFYING ORDERS -- Special Orders or Personalized

Special or Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates are made to order and are FINAL SALE only.

 

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only.

 

EXCHANGES

At this time, we can only process exchanges for an item at the same price or higher value.

 

EARRINGS

We will accept unworn earrings that have not been removed from the original packaging with tags attached. If you feel that the earrings are too large or small, you may return them and request a re-design. Depending on the request a small fee could be assessed in addition to shipping and handling.

 

Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. (Monday-Friday)

 

Jems of Judah offers the following shipping options for delivery within the United States:

 

United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • Priority Mail typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.

  • Express Mail arrives in 2 days in Metro areas and 3 days to outlying areas, includes weekends and holidays.

  • Express Mail will always require a signature upon delivery. Priority Mail will only require a signature under some circumstances.

 

Federal Express

  • Charges vary by parcel weight and delivery zone.

  • Overnight Priority arrives within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays.
